“Beautiful accomodation and location”
“Our family of 4 (two children aged 8 and 9) stayed at Li Padulazzi for a week in August 2015 (Il Mirto villa). We found the whole experience of the resort to be excellent. The hosts could not have been nicer or more helpful. The accommodation had everything we needed. Our children would happily have spent the whole week in the beautiful pool but we insisted on dragging them out to the spectacular beaches nearby. They loved the sea but couldn’t wait to get back each evening to go swimming again! I recommend this property because it’s beautiful and the owners are extremely nice, helpful and accommodating and have thought of everything.”

“Excellent villa and pool in a very quiet area”
“We stayed in Villa 4 at Li Padulazzi in August 2015. The property was a great size for a family of 4 (with two teenagers). It is all kitted out with IKEA furniture and equipment and is very clean. A beach parasol, cool bag and ice are all supplied. Andrea is an excellent host and whilst lives on site he gets the balance right between being on hand for advice but giving you the freedom to relax. He is very knowledgeable about the area and places to visit and his English is very good. The Pool is amazing and views from here, as well as on your terrace, are simply stunning with the mountains on Corsica to the North clearly visible. Sunsets were glorious and the views are just huge. I have never seen so much pink granite. The area is so peaceful, you can truly relax here but you are definitely a good drive away to bars and restaurants and our teenagers would have liked a more busy town centre to visit of an evening and more choice on local bars and restaurants, but then if they had more the area would not be so tranquil.”

“We stayed at Li Padulazzi with our 2 young children (aged 5 years and 18 months) everything about it was perfect, from the hosts, to the facilities and the location. Andreas and his wife Paola who live in 1 of the 4 villas are on hand should you need anything. They had made a massive effort to provide us with everything we would need for a young family and it was really touching. The facilities were excellent, we didn’t want for anything. The villa was air conditioned. The position of the villas meant that you felt you were away from it all in a very peaceful secluded location, and yet you were minutes from the restaurants and beaches. The pool on site was stunning, again with amazing panoramic views. We really couldn’t have asked for more in a holiday.”

“Simply wonderful”
“This villa is within the Costa Paradiso resort. The location consists of 4 villas, one that the hosts lives in and 3 that they let out. li padulazzi is at the front and it has the best view. From the patio where we ate, you have a 220 degrees view. The view of the sea is like a post card. The sunset is amazing.

The hosts are really friendly and helpful. They are on hand should you need anything. On arrival, they gave us a guided tour of the resort. They highlighted all the places to visit and see, the restaurants to go to and restaurants to avoid. The hosts speaks English unlike everywhere else within Costa Paradiso where English is not widely spoken. That made it interesting but we got by.

The villa is very very well equipped. The hosts must have spent a lot of time and effort to make it as homely as possible. It is literally a home away from home. There is a parasol for the beach. A cool bag to take your cold drinks to the beach. The fittings and appliances are very new (the manual was still sealed inside the extractor fan). Not sure if anyone has used it before us. There are lots of crockery, glasses, pots and pans. They provide lots of candles should you wish to light them (we did not). There are insect repellent burners. TV and more. There is also wifi if required.

The villa is fully air conditioned. There is a barbecue should you wish to use it. There is a washing machine. The beds are comfortable. There are two bathrooms.

There is a large pool. It’s great for the days we wanted to stay in and lounge. It is also great at the end of the day to chill out. For the kids, they enjoyed night swimming. The pool is warm and it also has a great view. There are plenty of loungers, umbrellas and tables. Although the pool is shared. Because it is only between 3 villas, it is mostly empty.

The villa is 90 minutes from the airport.

We had a really wonderful time. The view was simply stunning. We cannot forget the sunset. The location is excellent. Unlike other villas within Costa Paradiso, li padulazzi is out the way, it is totally private and not overlooked. I would highly recommend this and we would definitely go back.”

“Everything you could wish for!”
“The villa was situated within the Costa Paradiso development but just on the edge. Close to most amenities but at the same time quiet and secluded. Wonderful view of the mountains and the sea fro the veranda, and an almost 360 degree view at the pool (shared with 2 other villas).
Several really fine beaches nearby, some with cafes and bars but others more secluded.
The villa itself (Il Corbezzolo) had everything you could need, including aircon, well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, outside shower, barbecue with sink, beach towels, beach umbrella, and WiFi (3G – a little slow if you’re used to broadband).
The owners, Andrea and Paula have clearly thought of everything. Andrea speaks quite good English and his wife good French. They were around if you needed them, but also left us in peace. Talking of which, the location was so quiet. You might get a passing wild boar or two (they are free to roam in this part of Sardinia) and birds, cicadas, and a few lizards but hardly any man-made noise.
The nearby resort village has a few bars and restaurants and a fairly well-stocked mini market for essentials, but the nearest big supermarket is about 25 minutes away by car in Badesi.
If you want to get away from it all without being too remote, then you can’t go wrong with Li Padulazzi!”

“Il paradiso in Costa Paradiso”
“Sono stata in vacanza in qusto resort ad agosto 2014 ed ogni singolo angolo di questo paradiso in terra mi ha incantata. Ho alloggiato nella villa “Il Ginepro”, un vero gioiello, dotata di ogni confort, spazi ampi, arredamento prestigioso e assolutamente a tema con i colori e sapori di questa meravigliosa terra.
La villa è perfetta anche per 4 persone, dotata di ben 2 servizi e 2 camere da letto molto spaziose; ho portato con me anche il mio bassottino ed anche per lui è stato riservato un trattamento extra lusso, una cuccia confortevole e ben due ciotole.
Il giardino è curato al dettaglio, la piscina è incantevole e ideale per rilassarsi bevendo un drink con i titolari del resort che sono due persone a dir poco squisite.
Il resort è immerso nel verde e all’imbrunire dal terrazzo delle ville si godono dei tramonti che tolgono il fiato.
Non credo di poter descrivere a parole quanto sia stata bene a Li Padulazzi, quanta natura e quanto benessere io abbia respirato nei miei 10 giorni di permanenza, non credo di poter davvero trovare le parole giuste, dico solo che auguro a chiunque di poter trascorrere una vacanza in questo resort a dir poco incantevole o, come mi piace dire utilizzando una parola americana, astonishing!”

“Just Perfect!”
“We staid at the Villa “Il Ginepro” from14/09/14 till 25/09/214. The villa is even nicer in reality than on the pictures. The decoration and furnitures are nicely chosen and we directly felt like being “at home”. Costa Paradiso is a very calm place to stay and we really appreciated it. A car is mandatory. From Costa Paradiso, it is easy to visit many lovely places (Santa Teresa Gallura, Alghero, Castelsardo, La Maddalena, …). Septembre is a great time to visit Sardinia : the weather is still warm (between 24 & 30°C during our stay) and there are not so much tourists as in July / August. Last but not least, Paola is a great person. She did her best to make us feel comfortable during all our stay. We had the occasion to spend some time together and she learnt us a lot on Sardinia. Paola also treated our daughter (3,5 Years old) like if she was from her family. Much appreciated ! We warmly recommend Paola’s and Andrea’s villas in Costa Paradiso. We are sure you will directly fall in love with the lovely view from the terrace, the landscapes around Costa Paradiso, the comfort of the villa and the owner’s warmth !”

“The perfect place for our perfect honeymoon!”
“Li Padulazzi was the perfect setting for our honeymoon together. We stayed in il Ginepro, which had lovely evening sunsets and a beautiful view of the coastline. The villa has everything that one may need for a holiday, with all of the modern facilities to ensure a great holiday. The pool provides a much needed cool down after some hot day on the beach. Andrea and Paola were the perfect hosts. They were on hand if we needed them but gave us our own privacy. Li Padulazzi is located with the Costa Paradiso resort which has restaurants and small supermarkets. Along the north coast of Sardinia there are plenty of beaches and coves to explore. We had the best time on holiday at Li Padulazzi and would highly recommend these villas for anyone wanting to relax and chill. Thank you Andrea and Paola!”

“LA VACANZA PERFETTA”
“Non è sempre facile essere completamente soddisfatti di una vacanza, ma è esattamente quanto ho avuto da questa, seppur breve. vacanza in Sardegna.
Il posto è incantevole con una vista stupenda sul meraviglioso mare della Sardegna, le case sono molto belle, arredate con gusto ed impeccabilmente pulite dotate di ttto quanto può servire, le serate in veranda davanti a tramonti meravigliosi o in piscina, sono state estremamente piacevoli.
I proprietari sono dei perfetti padroni di casa: gentilissimi e molto molto ospitali . Non ultima la possibilità di aver potuto portare con me le mie due bassotte ha reso perfetta la settimana passata a Li Padulazzi….non solo penso di tornarci il prossimo anno ma lo consiglio senz’altro: il prezzo vale assolutamente , sono stati solo 7 giorni, ma l’atmosfera che si respirava il meraviglioso silenzio che circonda il complesso hanno un forte potere rigeneratore che raramente ho colto in altri viaggi. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison avec une mention spéciale pour les merveilleux couchers de soleil depuis la terrasse. La vue est splendide et la grande piscine a été bien appréciée. Les propriétaires sont vraiment charmants et toujours disponibles. De plus, Paola parle très bien français. “Sehr freundlicher, diskreter Vermieter. Wohnungen neu und in entsprechend gutem Zustand. Unvergleichliche Lage in nahezu unverbauter Natur mit Blick aufs Meer und Korsika. Pool sehr gepflegt. Achtung, kann auch windig sein ! Schöne Strände und Hinterland schnell erreichbar. Ruhige Lage. Wie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”
